If you want to know what the Baptist Church is all about, it can be summed up in two statements:

(1) We believe we exist to worship God, honor and exalt the Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior, and tell God's "good news" message to our neighbors and friends.

(2) We want to be about people, because the Bible says that God loves people and wants to reconcile them to Himself and each other.

We hope that you, too, will come to saving faith in Jesus Christ.

 

Welcome to our Church website. In the New Testament, the Greek word, "ekklesia" is used to describe a group of like-minded Christian believers who meet together to worship, read the Bible and carry out the "great commission" work of the Church within a community. That's what we are.

The three-part action on the part of God:

»He declared us justified (not guilty of our sins).

»He works daily at teaching us and disciplining us to be like His Son, Jesus Christ.

» He promises that He will complete that work until the day that our lives end and we stand in His presence.
